IT Department is looking for experienced project manager with at least 3 year working experience in big Enterprise. Our team is responsible for project management within Global IT includes Information Security, HelpDesk, Network, Telecom and Platform Infrastructure.
Обязанности
- Develop a detailed project plan
- Drive project execution (we don't need a secretary who just execute assigned tasks and write MOMs)
- Coordinate people from different departments and companies
- Track project status and performance
- Ensure that your projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Manage relations with stakeholders
Требования
Must have:
- At least 3 year working experience in Project Manager role within IT.
- Working experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Understanding fo agile methodologies
- Understanding of information security technologies (you should understand what is NGFW, DLP, SSL Inspection, DDoS)
- Understanding of network technologies (how internet works, what is default route, etc)
- Understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies ( what is SDS, public clouds, salt, etc.)
- Understanding of IT processes and metrics (Support, Change Management, SLA, KPI etc)
- People management
- Friendship and strong communication skills
- Communicativeness, leadership, stress resistance, sense of purpose
Nice to have:
- Salt, Terraform, CI/CD, budget management
