Looking for highly experienced Accounting Lead with excellent knowledge of tax legislation, local accounting legislation and practices, as well as US GAAP (or IFRS).
Обязанности
Accounting and reporting:
- Organize and manage statutory and tax accounting work streams aiming to provide external and internal stakeholders with complete and reliable information regarding business activities and company results,
- Builds and updates Company accounting policies, a updates Company chart of accounts, and organizes the bookkeeping and internal reporting information system,
- Sets up and ensures proper application of all necessary internal controls necessary to ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial records,
- Russian GAAP, statistic and US GAAP reporting in 1C ERP,
- Posting of transactions from 1C ERP into SAP system,
- Ensures expense account and balance sheet reconciliations and tasks preparation and approval/review in Blackline system,
- Prepares and submits annual and quarter reporting, tax declarations,
- Ensures the accuracy of salary and salary taxes calculation data received from the payroll company,
- Coordinates all activities related to all kind of financial/tax inspections on behalf of local authorities and external/internal auditors,
- Implements and manage a proper and adequate financial ERP/IT system containing all entries and financial statements,
- Leads and actively participate in the finance related projects, particularly those related to ERP/systems transitions,
- Support the implementation of Global Corporate Policies as well as Accounting Treatment changes and US GAAP reporting,
- Implements tax optimization initiatives
Cross-functional cooperation:
- Reports to the Senior Accounting Manager (Chief Accountant) and manages a team of accountants,
- Liaises with other departments and locations, tax authorities, government representatives, payroll/accounting company, tax consultants, internal and external auditors for what pertains to Finance and Accounting matters on the legal entities under his/her supervision.
Требования
- At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting, including managerial/supervisory experience in roles of Deputy Chief Accountant (at in-house middle-size company) and/or Expert Accountant and above (at outsourcing company)
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or economics – required. ACCA/DipIFR or equivalent – completed or in progress is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of tax legislation, local accounting legislation and practices, as well as US GAAP (or IFRS)
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Experience of working with systems: 1C is essential and SAP is desirable. ERP system implementation experience is a preferable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under high pressure, be results oriented and be able to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
