Обязанности
- Deliver sustainable growth of business & brand KPI's, define brand profitability factors and their activation;
- Analyze market and consumer trends and recommend changes to marketing strategy based on analysis;
- Contribute to strategic and annual brand plans development and their execution via leading assigned work streams;
- Manage briefing, concept development and execution for the assigned categories / activities;
- New product development;
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, Insights, SC, finance, commercialization and other teams to implement brand plans;
Требования
- Min. 2 years in Brand Manager role with proven business results;
- Good analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems);
- Consumer centric approach;
- Experience in brand building, portfolio management and business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control,; brand/product launches, pricing;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English is a must (both writing and verbal;
- Willingness to take on challenges;
