Ищут самостоятельного, организованного,коммуникабельного человека. Который будет стимулировать консультирование по бизнес-процессам, переводя бизнес-процессы клиентов в ИТ-решения.
Обязанности
- Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance;
- Help position disruptive business innovation;
- Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise;
- Support end-to-end solution design across all relevant solutions (OnPremise, Cloud), applying state-of-the-art methodologies;
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes;
- Support of pre-sales activities;
- Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews;
- Taking over responsibility from time to time as a (sub-)project lead;
- Delivers customer workshops and trainings;
Требования
- Minimum of five years' experience in implementations of SAP FI-area (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-BL, FI-AA, FI-SL, period-end closing activities, RU/KZ/BY localization) SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA within the following project phases:
- Business Blueprinting;
- Business Model Innovation;
- Process Modelling;
- Prototyping;
- Testing;
- Trainings;
- Go-live support;
- At least 2 full-phases projects is required.;
- Transition to S/4HANA and Cloud;
- Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in SAP FI-area and integrated modules (one or several) for SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA;
- Knowledge (high-level overview) in S/4 HANA integrated solutions and products (MDM, Ariba,;
- Good understanding of a certain industries and/or LoB specific business processes (accounting and taxation);
- Knowledge in Russian legal requirements in accounting, Taxes;
- Knowledge (high-level overview) in technical SAP tools (development and integration processes);
- Managerial Experience (as a sub project lead and/or team lead or topic owner within an internal community);
- English: Fluent:
