Обязанности
- 1st and 2nd level of user’s remote support
- Users support German and Russian offices
- Formalization of tasks and requests from users and solve problem remotely
- Provide day-to-day support for employees and clients with technical issues in a professional manner
- Filtering of task and transferring to other departments for solving problem
- Monitor and manage servers’ statuses and health, network connectivity
- Preparing equipment for new employees / Windows systems and software
- Resolving problems related to the network in desktop operating systems
- Create instructions for users and tech support staff
- Setup of printers, scanners etc
- Work on internal IT projects
- Cisco basic experience is a good thing to have. Scripting language is usually powershell - it is also nice to have
Требования
- Experience working as a system administrator for 2 years with supporting 1000 or more users in international company
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10), Windows Servers, Exchange DNS, DHCP, Print servers at the administrator level
- Cisco basic experience and knowledge of PowerShell would be plus
- Strong skills in diagnostic and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of information exchange packaged protocols
- Strong skills in peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, storage and etc)
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Skills in using network diagnostic utilities
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, ability to find the best solutions
- Customer focus and friendliness in communication with people
- Willingness to educate the users
- Punctuality, Responsibility
- Upper - intermediate level of English, good Russian speaking/writing skills
