Ищут грамотного и очень пунктуального человека с хорошо развитыми коммуникабельными навыками, который будет коммуницировать с клиентами, создавая с ними доверительные отношения

Обязанности

  • Planning and implementation of sales targets;
  • Collection of information, including from public sources, as well as partial execution of customer presentations;
  • Upon request of the manager, participation in negotiations with customers, implementation of tasks within the framework of negotiations, including maintaining minutes;
  • In the context of the work with a customer matrix and promotional activities, preparing specialized customer files: cards of establishment/modification/closing/reactivation, a card of new product; preparing and sending the photos of goods upon the request of KAM; preparing markings and their coordination with the customer;
  • Tracking shipping under standards and SO promotional activities, the regularity is determined by the leader;
  • Trade marketing: informing customers about technical details of off-shelf programs, start of shipments, requesting and receiving address program, adaptation, re-sending to TM department;
  • Promo activities: Maintenance of document turnover, forwarding images to customers, alignment with Hasbro brand-managers, control of agreement with customer. Marketing activities file tracking upon manager’s request;
  • Preparation of report file based on field team report upon request from team leader. Filling in file with focus areas for each customer for further use of field team (promo, sell outs, launches) based on agreed joint business plan;
  • Maintenance of document turnover (contracts, applications, additional agreements, formal letters, minutes, disagreements, etc): processing of documents, collection of signatures, delivery control;
  • Products allocation file maintenance, checking the operational forecast system Atlas;
  • Performing specialized technical tasks: filling forms for SO with prices (PAF); technical creation of PR/PO system KAM’s request; establishment of new TT/RC system, establishment of new contractors under Hasbro procedure;
  • Working with client orders: solving issues of replacement of EAN, checking item availability, unlocking orders in the system; comments on insufficient supplies in customer format;
  • Communication with customers on upcoming Hasbro events, collection/preparation of information and documents, general e-mails;
  • Preparing and delivering, shipping samples to customers;
  • Interaction with Hasbro Collector and Claims departments: written replies to inquiries under the supervision of the KAM;
  • Other orders of KAM, Team leader, Sales Director, General Director;
  • SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and the Code of conduct;

Требования

  • Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing or adequate professional experience;
  • At least 2-3 years’ successful experience in a similar sales position in toy industry or fast moving consumer goods industry;
  • Upper-Intermediate English (oral and written);
  • Good computer knowledge (MO: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Outlook.);
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes;
