Looking for self-motivated Project manager with strong communication skills, who will manage projects, preparing presentation materials and calculating business cases.
Обязанности
- Manage projects aimed at organizational/process improvement in BPI Department;
- Preparing presentation materials;
- Conducting meetings with function experts;
- Preparing reports & meeting summaries;
- Developing process classifiers;
- Calculating business cases;
- Conducting brainstorm meetings;
- Finding out areas for improvement in existing business processes;
- Developing recommendations on process improvement;
- Designing AS-IS and TO-BE business process maps;
- Preparing SOPs & F.A.Q;
- Supporting recommendations implementation;
- Other functions.
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience working in project management / process improvement areas, experience in Consulting is a big plus;
- Good command of English;
- Experience in the implementation of IT-systems in course of performance improvement (automation) projects;
- Experience in development of methodological documents, policies and procedures;
- Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Visio, Power Point;
- Experience in business case calculation;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details;
- Experience in the implementation of business processes;
- Self-motivated, ability to perform multiple tasks;
- Strong communication skills;
