Looking for results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and highly driven Director of Sales to developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and planning marketing policy in the Russian market.
Обязанности
- Planning marketing policy in the Russian market;
- Forming a budget;
- Looking for the best ways to generate Leads from Russian Market;
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets;
- Creating and communicating sales goals to CEO, making sure he is informed on the progress of those goals;
- Building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with clients while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs;
- Understanding industry-specific trends and landscapes;
- Effectively communicating value propositions through presentations and proposals;
- Reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Требования
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (Russian/English);
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products;
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
