Job Purpose: Responsible for implementing a strategy which is based on Investors deep understanding and Business Objectives for a specified direction: investment generation to GMT-mining.
Обязанности
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy;
- Organization of sales department, consolidation of processes for building the work of the department, achieving planned financial metrics;
- Analysis of target audience, market and sales channels;
- Sales development by the means of generating and testing hypothesis;
- Creating a positive image and brand development.
Требования
- Experience in development and implementation of a sales strategy;
- Experience in organization and managing sales department;
- Experience in investment generation (banks, real estate and others);
- Experience in emploee incentive programme forming.
