We are starting to work on a new project which will help to improve its risk management practices. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will work in a dynamic front office technology team developing various facets of risk management for the equity derivatives trading desk.

You will join the team responsible for managing and developing enterprise-level Java-based risk a platform for equity derivatives. The Enterprise Risk works directly with the Head of the Enterprise & Market Risk technology team. This team is the second line of defense within the bank, providing oversight of all risk types faced by the bank. This project will provide a broad exposure to risk within the bank, with accountability for stress testing, model risk management, and the new product approval process. Further, the project requires involvement in Asset Liability Management and Capital Markets

- Continually enhance the team’s performance by eliminating Toil through automation
- Eliminate waste in the SDLC process
- Ensure system stability through enhancement/maintenance periods
Требования
- Strong core Java knowledge: collections (including implementation details),concurrency(synchronized, volatile, locks; thread-safety, concurrent data structures, atomics), threading(threads, thread pools, CPU starvation)
- Good understanding of data structures
- Good understanding of common sorting and search algorithms
- Good SQL knowledge
- Location: Poland, or if you from Russia, we can help with relocation to Argentina
