Looking for an experienced and independent Sales Director with excellent written and verbal communication skills who will be responsible for leading business development and sales processes.

- Leading and developing the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating VP level, C-suite, and business division owners, negotiating contracts, and closing new business with customers;
- Collaborating with our go-to-market strategy, messaging & positioning;
- Building and leading the sales team once the company finds an effective, repeatable process;
- Translating a compelling vision into roadmaps, and delivering on time and on quality;
- Setting up and managing CRM software and a sales pipeline;
- Optimizing our existing marketing collateral to meet the sales objectives;
- Building marketing automation including email and CRM integrations.
Требования
- Experience working in Sales, Business Development or Growth;
- Proven success driving sales for a B2B SaaS platform in the spaces of Marketing, Advertisement and content creation;
- Exceptional knowledge in sales stack and sales strategy operationalization and optimization;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clear, persuasive proposals, emails and presentations;
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills;
- Experience building and leading a sales team;
- Strong network of established relationships across large brands, agencies and advertisers.
