Looking for a client-oriented and efficient Chief Growth Officer who will be able to identify growth opportunities through deep consumer understanding who will develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy.
Обязанности
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy;
- Identify and target new customer segments to drive revenue growth;
- Optimize acquisition and retention efforts through data analysis and testing with a focus on ROI and LTV;
- Collaborate with product team to improve the customer experience;
- Continuously improve the customer journey to drive engagement, acquisition and retention;
- Lead the development of the CRM;
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition;
- Develop and manage budgets and KPIs for growth marketing initiatives;
- Utilize customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns;
- Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth marketing campaigns;
- Communicate progress and results to senior leadership;
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the development of new marketing products and acquisition strategies;
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities;
- Create predictive models for customer acquisition and retention.
Требования
- Customer-oriented – knows how to identify growth opportunities through deep consumer understanding;
- Data-driven – this is a role that wins and loses based on results, and having a sharp understanding of the data and insight that is driving those results is crucial;
- Traditional marketing focused - high degree of knowledge and understanding of the traditional marketing space.
Условия
- +5 years’ experience quantitative market research (preferably segmentation), insights, or strategic consulting;
- Excellent client consultation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of client needs, and then address them;
- Experience of planning and delivering projects across the whole lifecycle, from scoping to execution and evaluation;
- Subject matter expertise in quantitative market research, or strategic consulting;
- Curious and proactive in exploring avenues to challenge the status quo to build new ways of working & innovate approaches to drive more effective, efficient and inspiring outcomes.
