Ищут молодого специалиста в области сохранению культурного наследия свободно говорящего на английском или французском языке, который займётся поддержкой существующих проектов в Париже


  • Contribute to strengthening the global facilitators network under the Convention by developing its activities and communication at global level, updating the dedicated webpage, facilitating information exchange, coordinating meetings and training activities (presential, fully online, hybrid formats), and supporting strategy discussions for the network’s future development
  • Participate in the content development of the capacity-building programme in the core areas of the Convention as well as in thematic areas related to the integration of living heritage in development programmes, policies and strategies. To this end, draft concept notes and terms of reference for contracts, identify experts, review deliveries, coordinate peer reviews, integrate feedback and liaise with colleagues and services to produce and disseminate the materials and tools
  • Play an active role  in the intersectoral work on living heritage and education by identifying new projects and activities, developing concept notes and proposals, assisting with programme development, reviewing documents, providing technical support to project elaboration and the identification of potential financing partners, and liaising with the Education Sector on joint programme activities
  • Assist with partnership-building and resource mobilization of the capacity-building programme through different partnership modalities by identifying relevant stakeholders and specialized agencies, organizing and documenting working meetings, drafting agreements or letters of exchange, developing project proposals and reporting on progress made
  • Facilitate the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of programmes, projects and activities undertaken by the Capacity-Building and Heritage Policy Unit (Living Heritage Entity)  and assume any other tasks upon request by the supervisor as far as they fall within the functions and responsibilities of this post


  • University degree (Masters or equivalent) in anthropology, linguistics, indigenous studies, education or in the social or human sciences closely related to intangible cultural heritage
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage, of which at least 1 year acquired at international level
  • Experience in developing and implementing projects in the field of living heritage at local and international levels
  • Ability to elaborate and manage programmes/projects in the field of living heritage
  • Ability to collect, synthesise and analyse information from various sources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to edit and draft clearly and concisely
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines, paying close attention to detail and quality of work
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a multi-cultural environment and to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of MS software (Word, Excel etc.)
