Based in Moscow, you will be part of the Moscow marketing team. This team will be accountable for:

Humanizing our brand through relationships on the ground with key communities, athletes, and athletes* that move our world forward through movement!
Engaging members 365 with a focus on activity (movement), connections (relationships), and purpose – optimizing key membership critical metrics and bringing the magic of Nike to life on the ground for the members who love us the most.
 

Обязанности

  • As a Moscow Marketing Specialist, you are part of the Moscow Marketing function, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Your core duties will include:
  • Identifying the people & organizations that best align to our brand values and can serve as the human face of our brand on the ground in one of our key cities. Then managing these relationships in a robust yet sustainable fashion.
  • Developing storytelling leveraging these relationships, powered by our membership marketing engine, that drive consumer to become members, that coach our members to become better athletes*, and that rewards our most engaged members IRL with the magic that only Nike can bring to life.
  • Capturing structured and continuous consumer & member insights to allow us to better serve members on the ground in Moscow, and to feedback to EMEA/Global to help longer-term & seasonal concepts
  • Brand-defining concepts, emerging from Global/EMEA, in order to have an impact in the cities that shift trends, implementing local extensions of such key concepts.
  • Develop and execute city creative campaigns to address particular hyper-local insights or areas of purpose.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in brand and/or brand functional management, with ideally a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
  • Prior marketing experience in Moscow is crucial.

  • Foster effective teamwork by building cohesive relationships that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

  • Brand Management - Timely and effective delivery of Marketing Plans through extensive cross-functional collaboration
  • Digital Attitude - Work closely with the team to implement the brand plan to drive member metrics, brand, and business growth to be defined through CFE goal setting.
  • Direct Marketing knowledge/experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sport performance/lifestyle dimension of consumers and ability to connect with them through a sport and cultural lens.
