Обязанности
- Lead the B-F Russia local Salesforce CRM configuration & operational business support activities;
- Work closely with B-F Russia business users to select and implement collaborative technology solutions;
- Define local IT roadmap and portfolio of projects, in particular during the annual planning exercise;
- Engage & mobilize resources from Global and European IT teams to support the delivery of the approved projects;
- Coordinate the rollout, maintenance/support, and training program for the use of Salesforce and other front-office technologies in Russia, driving full user adoption of processes and technical solutions;
- Under the guidance of Global B-F COE, serve as the local in-house expert responsible for CRM and collaborative technologies design, implementation, testing, and support;
- Analyze & translate high-level business needs into IT requirements, assess and select technology, engage the appropriate stakeholders in line with our IT strategy, coordinate the preparation of business cases;
- The key face of IT to the local Business, acting as the first point of contact for IT needs at B-F Russia;
- Create and maintain relationships with business users so that new ideas and technologies can be introduced;
- Progressively engage on a broader number of projects on top of Salesforce CRM, e.g., BI solutions (Sales & Ops Planning/forecasting, reporting, integration with external data from partners/wholesalers/customers);
- Participate in global system development projects to ensure that local needs are understood;
- Make recommendations to B-F Russia employees on the potential use of IT technologies to solve operational business issues and improve business effectiveness & efficiency;
Требования
- Degree in Computer Science or related field plus several years applicable business experience;
- Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of technology & systems;
- Ability to listen to business colleagues and develop mutually satisfactory IT solutions to business needs;
- Technical knowledge of world-class CRM platform;
- Understanding of BI tools and concepts such as BW, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar;
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing business environment;
- Fluent in Russian and English.
