Обязанности
- Be an expert in Trade-Marketing and Execution for the regional sales team supporting distributors channel;
- Actively contribute to brand and national channel marketing plans adaptation on the regional level for better KPI achievement;
- Lead development and implementation of the national and regional trade marketing activities in all channels;
- Adapt national and regional trade-marketing plans for TOP- customers and participate in negotiations from a Trade marketing perspective;
- Define, provide and distribute of the POSM for each brand in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain;
- Support branding projects and events and manage POSM to increase visibility of BF brands;
- Implement national and develop regional motivational programs;
- Be responsible for pre- and post evaluation of activities as well as KPI setting;
- Be responsible for budget & budget tracking, including reconciliations with distributors;
- Conduct regular field visits alone or with the field team for better understanding the market needs;
- Support Trade marketing manager in market analysis as well as both BF and competitors’ activities to create actionable insights for B-F trade marketing scope;
- Participate in the update of reports to manage scope Trade marketing is responsible;
Требования
- College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent). Business, Marketing or related field;
- Several years of experience in sales/marketing/trade marketing or related fields in FMCG;
- Demonstrates passion for retail environment understanding and learning ability;
- Fluent in Russian and Intermediate communication skills in English as minimum;
