Обязанности
- Manage global projects, primarily overseas, from initial negotiations to the grand opening.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and third parties for seamless project execution.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently (up to 6).
- Manage and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Ensure timely payments and manage relevant project documents.
- Allocate team resources across projects, aligning with studio priorities.
- Guarantee project delivery on schedule and monitor costs per man-hour.
- Address and resolve emergent project issues promptly.
Требования
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, ideally in design, construction, architecture, event, PR, or advertising sectors.
- Native-level proficiency in Russian and working proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in any other language is advantageous.
- Highly responsible, self-organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Skilled in navigating uncertainty and delivering results.
- Comfortable with large volumes of information and adept at structuring data.
