Обязанности
- Communicates with project teams and Sub-Product Line (SPL) leaders;
- Works with Technology leads and if applicable, external customers and vendors to obtain resources needed for project delivery;
- Creates a RASCI matrix detailing and communicating the roles and responsibilities of the various internal and if applicable, external stakeholders involved in the projects;
- Manages the project teams;
- Creates, monitors and maintains the project schedules and ensures it is communicated to all project team members, customers and stakeholders;
- Facilitates a variety of internal and external stakeholder project meetings to review delivery plans, communicate status and address issues;
- Works with direct manager to ensure project delivery alignment with product roadmaps and prioritization;
- Identifies, documents, communicates and monitors risks, assumptions, dependencies and issues for the projects;
- Resolves project delivery issues working with project teams or escalates to ePMO, Technology, Business leadership as necessary to address;
- Manages changes to project scope and related stakeholder communication;
- Tailor the project communication for various levels/types of stakeholders i.e. detailed with project teams vs summarized with senior management;
- Participates in Quarterly Planning;
- Supports cross-team planning & coordination using Scrum of Scrum or similar approach, multi-sprint planning & User Story Mapping practices;
- Understand Agile reporting techniques & key measures to provide visibility to progress & to assist with planning events (e.g., Release Burndown/Burnup charts, Sprint Burndown chart, etc);
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent;
- 2 - 5 years of experience managing Technology projects;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint etc;
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodology and related tools such as Rally, Jira, CA PPM;
- Understanding of concepts/tools such as work breakdown structures, critical path, Gantt charts to analyze and communicate project plans;
