We are seeking experienced, motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. You will also be provided with a specially developed training program to learn about our quality product.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Product Manager or relevant role;
Fluent English (C2) and Russian;
Computer savvy;
Knowledge of CRM system;
International work experience;
Technical/Engineering background (preferred but not mandatory as we provide training)
Working with Crystalia Glass customers after the stage of contract signing;
Overseeing day-to-day account activities of Сompany’s customers;
Maintaining customer data in HubSpot CRM and Click UP;
Accompanying clients throughout all project stages;
Cooperation with sales team at the moment of the project transfer;
Cooperation with engineering department during the project realization;
Tracking the receipt of payments and further project transfer by stages;
Control of dates for partitions installations and deliveries;
Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B);
