О компании
We are looking for a Frontend Senior/Team Lead (React) with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our software development company. As a critical part of our team, your primary focus will be on developing company's sites
Требования
- Providing technical leadership to the team.
- Working together with the product owners on the new features analysis and design.
- Ability to work with existing code—adding to it seamlessly to maintain a consistent coding style.
- Advocacy for project cleanliness—refactoring, removing unnecessary elements, preparing convenient tools based on successful solutions for the future.
- Willingness to describe variable types clearly and comprehensively.
- Readiness to implement anything through independent solutions rather than relying solely on frameworks.
- Ability to dig into the essence independently, search and think, yet not hesitating to ask questions, discuss solution options, and come to agreements.
- Capability to create new and optimize—excellent, but "wipe everything and rewrite from scratch" is not our approach.
